Here is a work in progress that I have been putting together. It's just the shell for now, but I plan to add more content to it and post updates as I go along. It's currently for desktop browser only. I used javascript from Window engine by Gauthier Staehler and added maximize, minimize, open window from icon, and show/hide taskbar buttons.
